C.M. BERNARDINI with many years of experience has developed ah higt level and tested automation system.

All plant functions are managed and controlled from the computerized system and supervised by redundant system for preventing any malfunction on the plan when required.

Also all parameters are managed by monitoring system (SCADA) on a screen and in case of alarm, the operator can modify any function or emergency.

The system covering the control is based on a PLC Control System with desktop PC operator interface.

It will perform to manage as following:

  • Plant monitoring (with a graphic page for each P&ld)
  • Data acquisition from field;
  • Alarms;
  • Trading;
  • Interlocks sequence.
  • The architecture will be based on modular rack PLC system, centralized in CCS (Computer Controlo System) System Cabinet, installed in technical room.
